Location, location, location! Noosa is undisputedly the “gem” of the Sunshine Coast. Renowned for it’s squeaky clean white sandy beaches, azure seas, the secluded beach coves of the Headland Section of the Noosa National Park, and as a mecca for serious foodies with a mouth watering selection of outstanding restaurants.
Likewise, the unique location of Eumarella Shores makes it a very magical and special part of the Noosa area. A slice of paradise. With absolute lakefront and 50 acres of eco conservation reserve, guests enjoy delights of a country retreat, yet are only minutes from the finest that Noosa has to offer.
The central location of Eumarella Shores allows easy access to the attractions of the Noosa area. It is situated 4 kilometers south west of Noosa on Lake Weyba. The river at Noosaville is a short 5 minute drive, with the sheltered beaches and shops of Noosa Heads a further 5 minutes drive away. The ocean beaches of Peregian and Coolum are also about 15 minutes drive to the south.
The quaint village of Eumundi with it’s iconic markets is just 10 minutes to the south west along Noosa Eumundi Road, whilst the Noosa Farmer’s Market which is quickly establishing a great reputation amongst food connoisseurs is 10 minutes away at Noosa.
Getting here
International visitors arriving at Brisbane Airport have just a 90 minute journey north to Eumarella Shores, subject to traffic conditions. Guests arriving at Maroochydore Airport on the Sunshine Coast have only a 20 minute journey north.
From Brisbane & Brisbane Airport (via Bruce Highway north bound)
From the Airport take the Gateway Arterial Motorway to the Bruce Highway. Take the Bruce Highway north. Exit just after the Ettamogah Pub onto the Buderim/Mooloolaba/Sunshine Motorway and follow the signs to Noosa. Turn right at the Eumarella Road exit at the roundabout after the Peregian Springs/Murdering Creek Road roundabout.
Alternatively continue north on the Bruce Highway and take the Noosa Eumundi exit. Follow the signs to Noosa on the Noosa Eumundi Road. Travel approximately 7 kilometres and turn right at the roundabout to the Sunshine Motorway that is signed to Coolum. At the next roundabout take the Eumarella Road exit.
From Maroochy/Sunshine Coast Airport
Exit airport via Friendship Avenue North and turn right onto the David Low Way. Follow signs to Noosa and Route 70 – merge onto Sunshine Motorway (Route 70) Follow the signs to Noosa heading north. Route 70 becomes Emu Mountain Road. Continue to follow the signs to Noosa on Route 70 and turn right at the roundabout at the intersection of Emu Mountain Road, Walter Hay Drive and Eumarella Road – continue along Eumarella Road until you come to our entrance at 251 Eumarella Road.
Travelling from locations north of Noosa
Take the Eumundi exit from the Bruce Highway. Follow signs to Noosa on the Noosa Eumundi Road traveling approximately 7 kilometres and turn right at the roundabout to the Sunshine Motorway that is signed to Coolum. At the next roundabout take the Eumarella Road exit.
Travelling from Hastings Street and Noosaville
Take Noosa Parade along Noosa Sound to Weyba Road, turn left. Continue to next roundabout (gas station on corner) and travel straight through onto Reef Street. At the next roundabout (intersection of Reef Street & Eenie Creek Road) turn right onto Eenie Creek Road.
Continue until the next roundabout – turn left into Walter Hay Drive (Noosa Civic Shopping Centre immediately on right once on Walter Hay Drive) (If you reach Eumundi/Noosa Road you have gone too far).
Follow Walter Hay Drive through two more roundabouts and over Eenie Creek Bridge. At the next roundabout turn left onto Eumarella Road. Follow this road for about 2 km. As the road veers right you will see our gateway with white flags and a large sign on your left. Once in the property follow directional signs to Reception and your accommodation.
