Cancellation Policy

Deposit Policy
50% deposit required upon booking, balance tariff payable 7 days before date of stay, no midweek service for stays of less than 7 days.  

No Show Policy
Failure to arrive will be treated as a no show and full payment will be charged.
Early departure – There is no refund for departing earlier  than the booked dates.

Cancellation Policy
Off Peak Season – Bookings cancelled prior to 7 days of arrival will be refunded less one nights accommodation. Bookings cancelled within 7 days or less are on-refundable.

Peak Season – Bookings cancelled prior to 30 days of arrival will be refunded less one nights accommodation. Bookings cancelled within 21 days of arrival, 50% of the accommodation will be non-refundable and the whole booking amount non-refundable within 14 days of arrival.

Covid-19 Cancellation Policy

Bookings cancelled due to travel restrictions imposed because of COVID-19 outbreaks, the accommodation balance paid will be held on file as a credit towards a future booking for a maximum period of 6 months from the date of such cancellation.
