What happens if I need to cancel my booking?

For bookings cancelled more than 7 days before your arrival, a refund is issued less the cost of one night’s accommodation.  If a cancellation is made within 7 days of arrival (or for bookings re‑scheduled shorter than that), the booking is non‑refundable.

Do you provide breakfast?

While we don’t serve breakfast, your kitchen is fully equipped and local provisions are just a short drive away. We also offer platter boxes and in-house catering options you can pre-order.

What kitchen facilities are included?

Each lakehouse is fully self-contained, with a well-equipped kitchen including a cooktop, oven, microwave, fridge, and all the essentials.

Is the property accessible?

Some of our lakehouses have accessible features, including walk-in showers and ground-level access. Please contact us to discuss your needs and we’ll guide you to the best fit.

How close is Eumarella Shores to Hastings Street or Noosa Main Beach?

We’re just a 10-minute drive from Noosa’s iconic Hastings Street, making it easy to enjoy both the peace of the lake and the buzz of the beach.

Do the lakehouses have heating and cooling?

Each lakehouse includes seasonal heating (including fireplaces) and fans for warmer days. Please check individual listings for full amenities.

Is there a minimum stay?

Yes, we have a two-night minimum stay. Some peak periods and holiday seasons may require a longer stay.

Is there WiFi available?

Yes, complimentary WiFi is available in all lakehouses.

Are pets allowed?

While we love animals, Eumarella Shores is a wildlife refuge so pets are not permitted.

Can I book a massage or platter after I’ve made my reservation?

Yes, of course. Just email us at stay@eumarellashores.com.au with your preferred treatment, platter selection, and time, and we’ll take care of the rest.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is from 2pm, and check-out is by 10am. Let us know if you need flexibility and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
