

Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes plans change unexpectedly and you may need to cancel. We’ll do our very best to rebook your accommodation. If we’re successful, we’ll refund your payment minus the $120 cancellation fee.
If we are unsuccessful the cancellation policy/s below apply. If you’re unable to travel, you're welcome to transfer your booking to a friend or family member—we’d be delighted to welcome them in your place.
Cancellation policy off peak season
Bookings cancelled prior to 14 days of arrival will be refunded.
Bookings cancelled 14 days or less are non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy Peak season
Peak season bookings are non-refundable.
Direct bookings made more than 90 days in advance may be eligible for payment by instalments with full payment due a minimum of 30 days prior to your stay. Instalments would be non refundable.

No show policy
Failure to arrive will be treated as a no show and full payment will be charged.
Early departure
There is no refund for departing earlier than the booked dates.
Deposit policy
50% deposit required upon booking. Balance tariff payable 14 days before date of stay. No midweek service for stays of less than 7 days
